Bluemeteor products may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, autonomous agents, and related technologies to assist with or perform data operations. These AI Terms describe important conditions applicable to those capabilities.

1. Scope
These AI Terms supplement applicable Bluemeteor agreements and apply where AI-enabled functionality is used.
2. AI-Enabled Functionality
Depending on the applicable product, configuration, and agreement, AI-enabled functionality may include:
- Classification
- Mapping
- Enrichment
- Validation
- Recommendations
- Workflow actions
- Autonomous data operations
- Generated content
Not every capability is available in every product, configuration, or subscription.
3. AI Outputs
Due to the nature of machine learning, AI-generated or AI-assisted results may be probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results. Users should configure appropriate controls based on their business context and risk tolerance.
4. Autonomous Operations
Certain functionality may perform configured actions autonomously within designated:
- Rules
- Permissions
- Guardrails
- Confidence thresholds
- Approvals
- Exception policies
Autonomy is bounded by these configured controls.
5. Human Oversight
Autonomy can reduce routine human involvement while organizations retain responsibility for determining appropriate controls. Customers determine the appropriate level of oversight and approval requirements for their specific use cases.
6. Customer Data

Data is used solely to deliver AI functionality/improve product content quality and is never sold or shared outside the service scope. All submitted data is automatically sanitized and normalized to remove sensitive information or malicious payloads, accompanied by monitoring and logging.
Security measures include industry practices, applicable data-protection laws including SOC 2 and GDPR, encryption, zero-trust architecture, token authentication, and access controls. Note: Prior terms referenced "Product Content Cloud" which requires legally equivalent migration to current product terminology.

9. Acceptable Use
Customers are prohibited from using AI-enabled functionality for purposes that are:
- Unlawful
- Infringing
- Malicious
- Fraudulent
- Designed to compromise security
- Inconsistent with applicable customer agreements
10. Intellectual Property
Topics concerning customer inputs, generated outputs, Bluemeteor technology, and third-party intellectual property are governed by applicable agreements.

There is no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI outputs. Customer review and validation is required where applicable. Customers maintain control through fully automated, semi-automated/human-in-the-loop, or manual approval modes depending on configuration context.
