Enterprise Platform

Manage access through explicit roles and permissions

Combine hierarchical roles, attribute and domain permissions, scoped API tokens and administrator-operated security settings.

SECURITY CONTROL AREAS

People and permissions

Roles
Hierarchical permission catalog
Data access
Attribute and domain scopes
Review
Access requests and security audit events

Administrators define who can see and edit the maintained data.

The capability

Defined controls for people and connected systems

Enterprise data includes information that different teams and systems need to see or edit under different permissions.

Autonera provides hierarchical roles over a permission catalog, access requests, per-attribute permissions and domain-scoped access. Attribute and domain decisions are enforced across the grid, cockpit, imports and exports, with security audit events.

Password and session authentication, invitations and role switching support users. Personal and administrator-managed bearer tokens are scoped and revocable. Security Center provides identity-provider configuration, MFA, sessions, IP allowlists, secret references and data-protection settings.

Problems it solves

Where this work usually breaks down

  1. 01

    Broad access

Different users need different attribute and domain permissions.

  2. 02

    Unmanaged API credentials

Connected applications need scoped, revocable tokens.

  3. 03

    Scattered security settings

Administrators need a maintained place to operate security controls.

Functional capabilities

What Enterprise Security & Access Control includes

Roles and access requests
Hierarchical roles, a canonical permission catalog and user access requests.
Attribute and domain access
Per-user attribute permissions and domain-scoped access, with security audit events.
Authentication settings
Password and session authentication, invitations, identity-provider configuration and MFA settings.
API tokens
Scoped, revocable personal and administrator-managed bearer tokens.
Security Center
IP allowlists, secret references, retention, backup and DR settings.
Data-protection policies
PII registry, data-subject requests, residency and masking policies, and compliance evidence management.

In industrial operations

A team defines access for enterprise data

People and integrations need different access to maintained records.

  1. Define roles and permissions.
  2. Set attribute and domain access.
  3. Issue scoped API tokens where needed.
  4. Review security audit events and settings.

Result: Access responsibilities are expressed through maintained controls.

Autonomous operations

How autonomous execution changes enterprise security & access control

Governed operations work within configured permissions and human approval boundaries.

Agents carry out

  • Respect configured permissions
  • Retain execution evidence

People decide

  • Manage roles and access
  • Configure security settings
  • Review audit evidence

Evidence recorded

  • Security audit events
  • Configured permissions
  • Scoped token administration

Buyer FAQs

Questions evaluators ask

Which identity protocols are supported?

The documented scope includes identity-provider configuration. Confirm the required protocol and setup during evaluation rather than assuming SAML, OIDC or SCIM support.

Are automated provisioning and access certifications included?

Roles, access requests and scoped tokens are documented. Automatic provisioning, deprovisioning and periodic access-certification campaigns require separate confirmation.

How granular is access?

Roles, per-attribute permissions and domain-scoped access are documented, including enforcement across the grid, cockpit, imports and exports.

Do residency policies mean selectable hosting regions?

No. Residency and masking policy settings do not by themselves establish selectable hosting regions. Confirm infrastructure arrangements separately.

What about encryption and certifications?

Encryption arrangements, key-management responsibilities and certifications require separate evidence. A compliance-evidence screen is not itself a certification.

Can API credentials be revoked?

Yes. Personal and administrator-managed bearer tokens are scoped and revocable.
